Architectural Ceramics

kenjons pictureThe ceramic surfaces developed by Kenyon Lewis offer a new way of thinking about ceramic tile. The various relief textures are easily cleaned and present endless design possibilities. The large tiles shown here originated during public art commission projects and are now available for more utilitarian applications such as kitchens and bathrooms. Many images have been transferred directly from our natural landscape formed by wind and water processes. These familiar organic textures offer a contrast to most contemporary architectural spaces.
